Training with Physiques
We offer a wide range of training styles and methods. Whether you are training for a bodybuilding or a fitness show, or just trying to shape up for a holiday, Physiques can cater for you. One to one training is our preferred choice of training, however small groups or pairs can be possible (Just contact us for more information on this). We have a friendly approach although when you start training it’s down to business! We are driven by results and helping you sculpt your body and improve your health, so you get where you want to be. Just check out the packages we offer. We can train you at our base, email you a program. It’s your decision.
Training is carried out by Dede or Dixie, however if we are unavailable then we have Physiques approved trainers who work alongside us.
Personal Trainer/bodybuilding prep coach
My passion for training started when i was 15 starting with boxing at my local youth club. A couple of years later I wanted to expand my learning of combat sports. I took up shotokan karate which in turn led me to learn other styles such as Wado-Ryo, wing chun, chinese kickboxing and kickboxing. It was in 1985 that i started weight training to improve my strength and size for my sports when i met DIXIE DEANE. I then fell in love with bodybuilding. In 2000 I competed in my first bodybuilding show, the under 80kg and novice class, finishing 2nd both times. I then went on to compete another 6 times with the highlight being competing in the 2006 British finals. I have since been sharing my knowledge and experience with others and joined the PHYSIQUES training and Nutrition team in late 2013. I also am able to expertly choreograph posing routines due to my background as a professional breakdancer and streetdancer / robotics. I assist and work as part of the team intensively during competition preparation and am also available for personal training.

If you would like to book some sessions with us, its easy. Just click on the payment button below and you will be sent a small questionnaire to fill out. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for training or to finalise your training program. We are based at Cheetahs Gym, Hove and price includes a daily fee for the gym (if applicable).
Each session is £30 and lasts up to 60 minutes.
